Organize one messy “hot spot”. Don’t be overwhelmed cleaning–just organize one place where the stuff accumulates a day and before you know it you’ll be done!

Spend quality time with family or friends. Don’t have anyone who is available to hang out with? No worries. There are a lot of lonely, hurting people in the world around you. Go on line to encourage someone, mail postal/snail mail encouragement, text a love one with kind thoughts, or in person be kind to one other person. Buy the meal or ticket of the person standing next to you in line. Offer another kindness. You’ll feel better, they will feel better, and that kind of happiness makes for better sleep too!
